Zesty Garlic Cheeseball Dip Mix

Garlic lovers—this is the mix for you! Easy to make by blending mix with 8 oz softened cream cheese, 4 tablespoons sour cream and 3/4 cup shredded cheese. Form into ball(s) and chill before serving. Or stir mix into 1 pt. sour cream. Delicious with veggies or crackers.  For a homemade salad dressing, beat mix into 4 Tablespoons sour cream. Add 5 Tablespoons red wine vinegar. Gradually add 1 cup oil and whip. Dressing will thicken. To make a Vegan Dip, blend package ingredients with 16 ounces of Toffuti Sour Supreme. Chill for 12 hours. Serve with crackers, chips and vegetables. To make seasoned snack crackers, stir package ingredients into 2/3 cup canola oil. Toss baby saltines in oil mixture until oil is absorbed. Bake on a cookie sheet at 250 degrees for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until lightly toasted.
