We want you to be happy with our shoes and address any issues you may have. SantM will accept shoe orders for refund in their original condition within 21 days of receipt of your order. Returned shoes must also include the original shoebox and dust bags, and must be completely unworn. All shoes should be tried on a carpeted, clean surface, as shoe soles with any sign of wear will not be accepted for a return.
