Return Policy: Tastin' Jamaican does not use preservatives or additives, therefore, our salsa will remain fresh for 30-45 days after opening if properly refrigerated. Dry rubs do not need refrigeration and will stay fresh up to six months. The benefit is a high quality, healthy, all natural product for our consumers. Due to the fragile nature and packaging of our products and to avoid possible contamination or bacteria into our processing facility, our general return policy is as follows: All sales final. No refunds. Exchanges will be considered for unopened product. 4 Ocean bracelets will be considered for exchange if not removed from packaging.
Exchanges are allowed within 15 days of date of purchase. Please request an exchange by emailing order@tastinjamaican.com within 15 days of purchase, explaining the reason for the exchange request. You may exchange new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by Tastin' Jamaican online only and not sold to you through your local grocer or retailer. Additional shipping charges may apply.
