21 Day Dash Challenge

The 21-day Dash Challenge will help you meet your goals easier and more effectively. It is comprised of many of the processes that helped me make this year successful. At the end of the challenge, you will have a goal statement memorized, energized, internalized and on its way to being actualized with a clear plan of action. We begin on December 28th with a 60 - 90 minute meeting on Zoom where we will be introduced to each other and the details of the 21 day process. Each day, you will receive a 15 minute instruction on the day's process which builds on the previous days process. You will also receive a mini 1 on 1 coaching session in the middle of the challenge to support your progress. We end the challenge with another Zoom to review, track and celebrate your progress.
