Citrus County Chamber Announces Re-imagined “Citrus Business & Builders Expo” — Connecting Local Pros, Products & Possibilities The Citrus County Chamber of Commerce is proud to unveil the Citrus Business & Builders Expo, a major evolution of the Chamber’s long-running Business Expo, now infused with the Citrus County Building Alliance (CCBA) annual Citrus Home Show. Set for Saturday, September  13, from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Inverness Depot Pavilion, this free, family-friendly event will provide one dynamic marketplace where commerce meets craftsmanship, giving residents a single stop to discover solutions for work, home, and life. “By bringing these two powerhouse events together, we’re creating one dynamic marketplace where residents can discover accountants, artisans, roofers, retailers, and more, all side by side,” said Josh Wooten, President/CEO of the Citrus County Chamber of Commerce. “It’s the easiest way for neighbors to meet the people who build, sell, and solve right here at home.” Expo Highlights  Chamber Money Machine – Attendees will be chosen at random to step inside the whirlwind and grab some COLD HARD CASH.  Hourly Door Prizes & ExpoDay Deals – Win gift cards, service packages, and baskets curated by our exhibitors.  Kids’ Zone – Crafts and hands on STEM activities keep young visitors engaged while parents explore.  Free Admission & Parking – Enjoy a budget-friendly outing, fun for the whole family! Are you a business that wants to display? Local businesses, contractors, real estate professionals, and nonprofit groups are invited to reserve booth space now. Exhibitors gain:  Direct exposure to hundreds of residents in a single morning.  Pre-event promotion through Chamber newsletters, social media, and local media partners.  Sponsorship opportunities are available to boost brand visibility before, during, and after the Expo. Set up and Check In is from 6am-9am. Chamber Table is from 9am-1pm. Passing out bags. Breakdown is from 1230pm-230pm. Only Chamber Young Professionals for the YP Water Table 9am-1pm. The undersigned hereby agrees that as a volunteer for the 2025 Citrus Business & Builders Expo, they are offering their services willingly and without compensation, and assume all risks associated with their participation in any and all event-related activities. In consideration for being allowed to participate as a volunteer, the undersigned does hereby release, waive, and discharge the Citrus County Chamber of Commerce, the Citrus County Building Alliance, and the City of Inverness, including their officers, directors, employees, agents, and representatives, from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, and causes of action whatsoever arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury (including death) that may be sustained by the volunteer or to any property belonging to them, whether caused by the negligence of the releasees or otherwise, while participating in or in transit to or from the event. The undersigned further agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Citrus County Chamber of Commerce, Citrus County Building Alliance, and the City of Inverness from and against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs and expenses (including legal fees) arising from the volunteer’s actions or omissions during their participation in the event. By signing below, the volunteer (or parent/legal guardian in the case of a minor) acknowledges that they have read and fully understand this agreement and voluntarily agree to its terms. This agreement shall be binding upon the volunteer, their heirs, legal representatives, and assigns. By signing below, I certify that I am the parent or legal guardian of the minor named above and that I have read and agree to all terms stated in this Disclaimer and Hold Harmless Agreement. I grant permission for my child to participate as a volunteer in the 2025 Citrus Business & Builders Expo and assume full responsibility for their actions during the event.
