From assisting with event setup, managing registration and attendee inquiries, to guiding exhibitors and ensuring a smooth flow throughout the day, there is a role for everyone to contribute their unique skills and talents. Set up and Check In is from 6am-9am. Chamber Table is from 9am-1pm. Passing out bags. Breakdown is from 1230pm-230pm. Only Chamber Young Professionals for the YP Water Table 9am-1pm. The undersigned hereby agrees that as a volunteer for the 2025 Citrus Business & Builders Expo, they are offering their services willingly and without compensation, and assume all risks associated with their participation in any and all event-related activities. In consideration for being allowed to participate as a volunteer, the undersigned does hereby release, waive, and discharge the Citrus County Chamber of Commerce, the Citrus County Building Alliance, and the City of Inverness, including their officers, directors, employees, agents, and representatives, from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, and causes of action whatsoever arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury (including death) that may be sustained by the volunteer or to any property belonging to them, whether caused by the negligence of the releasees or otherwise, while participating in or in transit to or from the event. The undersigned further agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Citrus County Chamber of Commerce, Citrus County Building Alliance, and the City of Inverness from and against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs and expenses (including legal fees) arising from the volunteer’s actions or omissions during their participation in the event. By signing below, the volunteer (or parent/legal guardian in the case of a minor) acknowledges that they have read and fully understand this agreement and voluntarily agree to its terms. This agreement shall be binding upon the volunteer, their heirs, legal representatives, and assigns.
