Festival & Parade Volunteer Team Leads

message Serves as lead to Booth Set-Up Team, assisting with measuring/marking 10x10 booth spaces, taping booth numbers to canopies; placing rentals in tents; troubleshoots and problem solves with Exhibitor Coordinator and/or Director of Operations, as needed to solve set-up problems; mostly walking, some lifting of tables and chairs required.

message Serves as lead to all VIP experience teams; troubleshoots and problem solves with Director of Entertainment and/or Director of Operations, as needed to address problems related to VIP experiences; mostly walking.

message This is a vital role that ensures the smooth and secure transition of exhibitors from the festival grounds to the parade route, while also helping maintain our safety perimeter.

message Welcome and check in/out exhibitors, assist Exhibitor Coordinator with addressing exhibitor concerns; mostly standing.

message Serves as lead to all parade volunteer teams; serves as assistant to Director of Parades; troubleshoots and problem solves with Director of Parades and/or Director of Operations, as needed to address problems related to parade; mostly walking.

message Serves as lead to Meet & Greet team; troubleshoots and problem solves with Director of Entertainment, as needed to address problems related to Meet & Greet experience; mostly standing.

message Serves as lead for Main Gate Sales Team; oversees sales transactions; makes cash drops; troubleshoots and problem solves with Director of Operations and/or Treasurer, as needed to solve ticketing issues; mostly sitting.

message Serves as lead to Info Booth Volunteer Team; assisting with distributing Pride Guide, answering questions, fielding concerns, and selling OCP merch; troubleshoots and problem solves with Director of Operations, as needed to address info booth related problems; mostly sitting.
