About the event

Jeffersontown Craft Beer Fest takes place in the heart of downtown Jeffersontown. Featuring local and national craft breweries, the "BEYOND BEER BAR" Seltzer Bar, wine from Oliver Winery, food trucks and local food vendors, plus live music. ​21+. No pets. Rain or Shine event. BREWERIES Look forward to some great summer seasonal craft beers from around the country in the Cox's Corner, plus the 3rd Turn Brewing's Kentucky Beer Garden. Have a beer with your neighbors! LIVE MUSIC on the Glaser's Pavillion Stage Triangle Talent DJ playing at the Muhammad Ali Louisville Airport Stage behind 3rd Turn Brewing FOOD & SNACKS Food Trucks and snack vendors will be onsite available for purchase + FREE Water from the Louisville Water.

About the application

JTown Summer Beer Fest has been a growing success with strong support from the local businesses, The Chamber Jeffersontown and the City of Jeffersontown. This event will feature sampling of more than 85 + craft beers in a grass roots beer festival environment. Here's your chance to help be part of the behind the scenes to make it all happen! Please sign up individually, so we can check you in properly. We will place folks with their preferred friends or as near as possible. Most booths will be in sets of 2 and upwards of 4. Please arrive with your friend that you'd like to volunteer with and we will do our best to accommodate. *You must be 21 years old to volunteer and have a valid ID at the event. We understand life happens, if you sign up and are not able to attend, please remove your name immediately so we can fill the volunteer space in advance. Thank you for your contribution of time and effort for JTown Summer Beer Fest NOTE: PLEASE INCLUDE YOUR SHIRT SIZE. If you are signing up for multiple people, please include their shirt size in the comments. We will be offering Unisex sizing. We will order according to the sign ups. If your shirt does not fit, we will do our best to accommodate, but only if additional sizes are available. Please put your appropriate size in the request. Please note this is a rain or shine event. We have the booths under tents or the pavilion, but sun will be shining! Please wear comfortable clothing and shoes. Please remember to hydrate and wear sunscreen. We greatly appreciate your time!

Terms & Conditions

Please read. This is slightly different from past signups: Each volunteer must sign up individually so we can check you in properly and have a documented liability waiver. Group sign ups are no longer accepted since a signature is required for each volunteer. Please do not select more than one volunteer slot even though it is an option, we are unable to turn off the multiple slot feature. EVERYONE MUST READ AND ELECTRONICALLY SIGN THE VOLUNTEER WAIVER. CLICK THE LINK BELOW AND READ THE ENTIRE WAIVER. ON THE PERSONAL INFORMATION PAGE YOU WILL FILL IN A BOX THAT WILL ACT AS YOUR SIGNATURE AND DATE ON THE LIABILITY WAIVER. THIS WILL HELP SPEED UP THE CHECK IN PROCESS AND STORE ALL WAIVERS ELECTRONICALLY, NO NEED TO PRINT WAIVER.
