SOMETHING NEW IS BREWING... Get ready to kick up your heels at the ultimate beer lover's paradise! The Bay Area Craft Beer Festival returns to the beautiful Martinez Waterfront on April 26th, and this year, we're taking it to the next level with our new country-themed celebration: Boots & Brews! Join us for a day filled with craft beer, wine (new), and live music as you immerse yourself in the vibrant flavors of the Bay Area. With over 40 local breweries and wineries showcasing their finest creations, you'll have the chance to sample unique brews, seasonal releases, homebrews, and experimental flavors that highlight the creativity of our region's craft scene. But it doesn't stop there! Satisfy your appetite with a mouthwatering selection of food from local vendors and food trucks, featuring everything from savory bites to sweet treats—there's something for every palate to enhance your festival experience. Whether you're a seasoned beer connoisseur or simply looking for a fun day out, Boots & Brews has something for everyone. So throw on your favorite boots and join us for an unforgettable day of country fun, community, and cheers!

About the application

The Bay Area Craft Beer Festival Boots & Brews is right around the corner, April 26th, 2025! We could not have a successful event without volunteers like you, so thank you in advance for all of your hard work. Please take time to check your schedules. Pick the time that works best for you and also, an activity that you enjoy. It is very important that you check in at our volunteer table, located at the front gate, at least 15 minutes before your scheduled work time. You will need to complete a volunteer release before heading off to your work location. Each volunteer will receive tasting glass before or after shift along with pizza lunch and (donuts and coffee for morning shifts). Crowd Managers will receive additional food vendor voucher and two tickets to one Downtown Martinez & Co. sponsored event of choice. Thanks again! See you on April 26th at Waterfront Park in downtown Martinez.

Terms & Conditions

By signing up for a shift, you are agreeing to be on time, complete your scheduled shift and help make this a fun event for everyone. We are counting on you for the shift you sign up for so if you aren't sure of your availability or change your mind, please do so at least 7 days prior to the event. If you do not show for your shift or leave your shift early, you will not be invited back. We really do count on our volunteers to run the beer festival professionally and safely. The event is 21 years and over only. Nobody under 21 admitted including volunteers.

message This requires taking a two hour course online and passing. Course fee of $20 will be reimbursed after passing. Crowd Managers will receive additional food vendor voucher and two tickets to one Downtown Martinez & Co. sponsored event of choice. The duties of crowd managers shall include, but not be limited to: 1. Conduct an inspection of the area of responsibility and identify and address any egress barriers. 2. Conduct an inspection of the area of responsibility to identify and mitigate any fire hazards. 3. Verify compliance with all permit conditions. 4. Direct and assist the event attendees in evacuation during an 3. Assist emergency response personnel where requested. 6. Other duties required by the fire code official. 7.
