The award-winning National Black Bear Festival is excited to announce that we are in the planning stages for our annual event starting on Friday June 6, 2025 at 5:00 pm and all day on June 7, 2025. Each Bear Festival is better than the last, and this year will be no exception!!! You won't want to miss out on this Wildly Successful Event

About the application

Need one volunteer to control line, record results and hand out stickers to runners. Other volunteer to use the laser gun to record speeds and cheer on runners. Sticker sales, money and change handling involved.

Terms & Conditions

1. Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance. 2. Applications are accepted upon availability. 3. Application has been completed accurately. 4. Volunteers are representing The National Black Bear Festival and should conduct themselves appropriately. If inappropriate behavior occurs while representing the festival, the volunteer will be asked to leave and may be banned from future Festivals. 5. Volunteers must check in 15 minutes prior to their assigned shift. 6. Any equipment issued to volunteers must be returned at end of shift (unless otherwise communicated). 7. Volunteers should enter their shift with a glad and joyful heart. By hitting submit I agree to all Term and Conditions inclusive of all attachments and waivers.
