About the application

Time 2:00 - 4:00 pm PRE-EVENT DUTIES Gather materials such as tables, chairs, easels, and posters. EVENT TIMES • Vendor’s 4 – 4:30 pm and 5:45 – 6:30 pm • First Sessions Rotation: 4:30 – 5:45 pm • Dinner: 5:45 – 6:30 pm • Second Session Rotation: 6:30 – 7:45 pm DUTIES • You are responsible for setting up • tables • chairs • easels • the book giveaway area • posters Tables will be placed against the walls in the halls, with at least two chairs for each table. Some tables may be placed in the classrooms.

Terms & Conditions

VOLUNTEER REQUIREMENTS: • All volunteers are required to complete one of three Teams online training sessions. These sessions will be held on the first three Tuesdays in October from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM. (dates: 10/1, 10/8, and 10/15,) • All volunteers must sign in and out at the volunteer table upon arrival and departure using the Eventeny App and a timesheet. If you're signing in and out through Atlas, please ensure you do so there, ALSO. Timesheets must be submitted before leaving the event that evening.
