About the event

It's the 13th year for Vegfest in Georgia and we are back at Atlanta Expo North, our new home for the festival. This event promises something for everyone with engaging speakers, food samples, DJ and MZ JAZZY, Family Fun Zone, free face painting, food trucks, and over 75 exhibitors. You don't want to miss this fun event. Mark your calendars and get your tickets, swag bags, VIP, VIP PLUS, and/or merch ahead of the festival. Admission to the festival is $10 with limited $5 tickets ahead of the event and will go up to $15 at the door. $15 Swag Bag option will be available! Compostable bag filled with $50+ worth of samples and coupons. $25 - VIP tickets - enter the event 30 minutes early. Get a cool upgraded goody bag that is reusable with items different from the swag bags. Limited to 100. Get entered into our raffle and get 25 entries for each VIP Entry you purchase. $100+ worth of samples and coupons. $35 - VIP PLUS - Not interested in a bag filled with items you don't want or need? Our VIP PLUS will be a cool reusable bag (different from the VIP bag) and also comes with a vegan shirt design different from any you can purchase at our booth. Enter the event 30 minutes early to shop before the crowds. Make sure to let us know your shirt size! Winners will be picked randomly after the festival and winners will be notified via email. Doors open at 11 a.m. (10:30am for VIP) and the exhibit hall closes at 5:00 p.m on Sunday Is there a cost to attend? To align with previous years, we have a $5 general admission early bird with discount code, $10 until the day of the event, $15 the day of the festival with children and seniors 65+ getting in for free and students always $5. New this year is our $25 VIP and our $35 VIP PLUS. Where can I purchase tickets? We will post a ticket link. Having tickets purchased ahead of time will help the vendors prepare for the festival. Are you accepting vendors for this event? Vendor space is open, send an inquiry on vegfestexpos.com. Are you accepting volunteers? Yes, we love our volunteers and couldn't do this without you. About the application

Join us to help bring the festival to life. We can' t do this without you. All volunteers will get a swag bag plus a t-shirt and if you join us for the whole day, you'll get lunch too. This is a great way to make new friends. We can't do this without you!!

Join us on Saturday to get the venue ready for Sunday. You'll help us with our booth, family fun zone, and filling the swag bags.

Join us in the morning to help finish setting up the festival and getting ready for vendor arrival. You'll also help with vendor load in, feather banners, signage, and more.

Help us with vendor load in and getting the festival ready to open. Once we open at 11am, volunteers can help with our vegfest booth, checking on vendors, but primarily will be in our booth to help with sales, asking for donations, and more. Volunteers could also be posted around the festival to direct attendees to our booth to donate, shop, and pick up the swag they purchased in advance.

Join us to set up the festival, breakdown the festival, and to work in our booth over the course of the day. You'll help with sales, asking for donations, giving out free samples, asking attendees to spin our prize wheel. You'll be a part of the team for the day. Everyone who joins us for the day will get lunch in addition to a swag bag and t-shirt.

Join us for the afternoon and to close out the event by helping with our vendor booth, trash clean up, assisting vendors, especially with vendor load out, and breaking down the festival. Breaking down the event will involve heavy lifting and loading a truck plus breaking down tents, tables, chairs, and more.
