About the application

We will need 12 volunteers for each CreekWalk concert from 5-9pm. Volunteers must be 21 years of age. We are only taking non-profit applications for the Creekwalk. Once approved, the applicant will be responsible for uploading all of the required documents on week prior to the event for their group of volunteers. Please mark all available dates and we will get back with you to let you know if you have been chosen for one of the dates. Organizations must provide a W9 and tips will be donated to the organization no later than 14 days following the event.
