Penn Fest temporarily closes Penn Avenue to car traffic and welcomes community groups, local businesses, and vendors to create a fun and festive environment for people to walk, bike, skate and gather along the avenue. About the application

Volunteer will help close and open Penn Avenue streets by helping with street barricades. Help vendors with set up if needed. Help with Penn Fest activities and supervision. Assist in providing directions to vendor locations and bathrooms.
