Bishop Bazaar Volunteer Agreement Thank you for signing up to volunteer with Bishop Bazaar—we’re excited to have you be part of the team. Our volunteers help create the kind of experience people spend their Sundays for ? Please review and agree to the following: Volunteer Expectations By volunteering, I agree to: - Arrive on time for my scheduled shift - Check in at the designated volunteer check-in location - Complete assigned tasks and support the Bazaar team as needed - Maintain a positive, respectful, and team-oriented attitude - Represent Bishop Bazaar in a friendly and professional manner Attendance & Communication - I understand I am expected to complete my full shift - If I am unable to attend, I will notify the team as soon as possible - I understand that repeated no-shows or late cancellations may impact my ability to volunteer in the future Code of Conduct I agree to: - Treat all vendors, guests, staff, and volunteers with respect - Refrain from inappropriate, disruptive, or offensive behavior - Follow all instructions from Bazaar staff I understand that failure to follow these expectations may result in removal from my shift. Safety & Responsibility - I understand that I am volunteering at my own risk - I agree to follow all safety guidelines provided by the team - I will report any issues, hazards, or incidents to staff immediately - I understand Bishop Bazaar is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items Weather Acknowledgment - I understand this is an outdoor event and may take place in varying weather conditions - I agree to come prepared (weather-appropriate clothing, closed-toe shoes recommended) - I understand I will be notified if any schedule changes or cancellations occur Media Release - I grant Bishop Bazaar permission to capture and use photos/videos of me taken during the event for marketing, social media, and promotional purposes. Volunteer Status - I understand this is an unpaid volunteer role - I acknowledge that volunteering does not create an employment relationship with Bishop Bazaar Dismissal Policy I understand Bishop Bazaar reserves the right to remove me from my shift or future opportunities if expectations are not met. Agreement By moving forward with the application, I confirm that: - I have read and agree to the Volunteer Terms & Conditions - I understand my responsibilities and expectations
