From early afternoon through sunset and into the evening, the stage will be alive with powerhouse performances from regional favorites and crowd-loving jam bands. Expect soaring guitar solos, tight grooves, soulful vocals, and plenty of moments that make you want to dance, sway, and sing along. 🎶 Featuring live performances by: Whiskey6 – Bringing high-energy country-rock with a modern edge and a sound made for open air and raised cups. The Whole Loaf – A genre-blending jam band known for playful improvisation, funky rhythms, and infectious fun. Bearly Dead – Delivering deep grooves and faithful interpretations inspired by the Grateful Dead, perfect for heads, hippies, and newcomers alike. Get ready, Winchendon! Waylon & Co. — an incredible Waylon Jennings tribute band — is bringing the outlaw spirit to Winchendon Community Park. They honor the legacy of Waylon the right way — with grit, soul, and that unmistakable outlaw country sound. About the application

As a Breakdown volunteer, you will assist with wrapping up the event space. This is a hands-on role that includes moving equipment and organizing materials before and after the event. Responsibilities May Include: • Breaking down tables, chairs, tents, signage, and decorations • Assisting with loading supplies • Cleaning up and packing items post-event • Taking down tents and equipment safely and efficiently Requirements: • Ability to lift 25+ lbs is helpful but not required for all tasks • Comfortable working indoors or outdoors in varying weather conditions • Willingness to take direction and work as part of a team • Arrive early (or stay late) depending on your shift assignment Note: Volunteers should wear comfortable, weather-appropriate clothing and closed-toe shoes. Gloves and safety gear will be provided as needed.

As a volunteer for the Town of Winchendon, you agree to the following terms and conditions: 1. Conduct & Representation You must be able to follow all directions given by event staff and coordinators. Volunteers are expected to represent the Town of Winchendon in a positive, respectful, and professional manner at all times. This includes treating attendees, staff, performers, and fellow volunteers with courtesy and respect. 2. Appearance & Dress Code Volunteers must dress appropriately for a public, family-friendly event. If a volunteer shirt or badge is provided, it must be worn for easy identification. 3. Punctuality & Attendance Volunteers are expected to arrive on time and stay for the duration of their assigned shift unless other arrangements have been made in advance. 4. Safety & Awareness Volunteers are expected to remain alert, follow safety guidelines, and report any suspicious or emergency situations to staff immediately. You may be asked to assist with minor first aid or crowd management if comfortable and trained. 5. Communication Volunteers should regularly check their email or preferred method of communication for updates or instructions prior to the event. If your availability changes, please notify the volunteer coordinator as soon as possible. 6. Confidentiality & Media Any confidential information learned during your volunteer duties (e.g., performer schedules, security protocols) should not be shared. Photos or media taken while volunteering may be used by the Town of Winchendon for promotional purposes unless otherwise requested. 7. Liability & Waiver By volunteering, you acknowledge that you are participating at your own risk. The Town of Winchendon is not responsible for any personal injury or loss of personal belongings during your volunteer shift. 8. Dismissal The Town of Winchendon reserves the right to dismiss volunteers for misconduct, failure to follow instructions, or behavior that disrupts the safety or enjoyment of the event.
