About the application

Thank you for your interest in volunteering at the Bison Baby Shower. This application will collect your contact information to coordinate scheduling, assignments, and event communication. You will need to upload a signed version of the Volunteer Waiver (linked below) in order to complete your application. Position Summary: Event Volunteers play a critical role in the successful execution of the Bison Baby Shower. Volunteers will assist with event setup, on site operations, and breakdown to ensure a safe, organized, and enjoyable experience for all attendees. Key Responsibilities: Event Setup & Tear Down: Assist with setup and breakdown of event booths and activity stations Support parking area preparation and signage placement Set up and dismantle games and family friendly activity areas Event Operations: Direct and manage parking to ensure safe and efficient traffic flow Staff the Destination Bryan booth, providing information and assistance to guests Support the registration table, including greeting attendees and managing guest lists Monitor and assist with bounce house operations to ensure safety and proper use Additional Information: Volunteers will receive event-specific instructions, schedules, and assignments prior to the event date.
