Terms & Conditions

Volunteers agree to arrive on time, check in with event staff, and fulfill assigned duties responsibly. Volunteers are expected to be courteous, professional, and respectful to guests, vendors, and fellow team members. Shifts must be completed as scheduled. If you are unable to attend, please notify organizers as soon as possible. Volunteers may be asked to assist with setup, breakdown, guest assistance, or general event support. Comfortable attire and appropriate footwear are required. The event is not responsible for personal belongings; please keep valuables secure. By volunteering, you acknowledge that participation is at your own risk and agree to follow all safety guidelines provided. Event organizers reserve the right to reassign roles or dismiss volunteers who do not adhere to these guidelines.
