Get ready for a full day of springtime fun at Blooms & Brews Spring Fest presented by Cumulus Media, a vibrant outdoor festival celebrating local flavor, live music, and family-friendly fun at Weeks Bay Plantation. This all-day festival brings together craft beers, cocktails, food trucks, live music, and interactive activities in a beautiful natural setting — with something for every age and every vibe. What to Expect (All Day 10 AM – 5 PM) • Craft beers & specialty cocktails • Food trucks serving up festival favorites • Live music all day (11am–5pm) featuring : - Elise Taylor - Dillon Atwood - Just Roger - Zoe Burdett - Johnny Hayes • Exotic Petting Zoo (pet a kangaroo or cuddle a donkey! $5 admission) • Adoptions with The Haven • Kids Zone with bounce houses, inflatable games, balloon twisting, and other kids activities - $5 for all day play! • Blueberry picking • And even more fun activities to explore throughout the day Blooms & Brews After Dark (6 PM – 9 PM | 21+ Only) When the sun goes down, the party turns up. About the application

Volunteer Duties and Responsibilities Volunteers play a vital role in making Blooms & Brews Spring Fest and After Dark a smooth and enjoyable experience for all attendees. As a volunteer you may be asked to assist with any of the following: Ticket Sales and Entry Welcoming guests upon arrival, scanning or collecting tickets, processing at the door ticket purchases, and ensuring all attendees have proper wristbands or credentials for entry. Traffic and Parking Direction Guiding vehicles to designated parking areas, managing traffic flow in and around the venue, and assisting guests with accessibility needs. Vendor Assistance Helping vendors with load in and load out, directing vendors to their designated spaces, and serving as a point of contact for any vendor needs throughout the day. Guest Services Answering attendee questions, providing directions within the venue, and ensuring guests have a positive and welcoming experience from the moment they arrive. Event Staff Support Serving as a point of contact between guests and event staff, relaying information as needed, and assisting event coordinators with tasks as they arise throughout the day. General Event Assistance Supporting various operational needs throughout the event as directed by event coordinators, which may include setup, breakdown, and any additional duties needed to keep the event running smoothly.

Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility The final shift covering 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM includes Blooms & Brews After Dark, which is a 21+ event. Volunteers assigned to or requesting the 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM shift must be 21 years of age or older. Valid ID will be required for all After Dark shift volunteers. 2. Shift Requirements All volunteers are required to complete a minimum 5 hour shift. Volunteers must arrive on time and remain for the duration of their assigned shift. Early departure without prior approval from event coordinators may disqualify the associated organization from receiving the volunteer donation. 3. Volunteer Duties Duties may include but are not limited to ticket sales, traffic and parking direction, vendor load in and load out assistance, guest services, event staff support, and general event assistance as directed by event coordinators. Volunteers should be prepared to assist with a variety of tasks as needed throughout the event. 4. Code of Conduct All volunteers are expected to conduct themselves in a professional, respectful, and friendly manner at all times. Volunteers represent both their organization and Bay Area Events and are expected to treat all guests, vendors, staff, and fellow volunteers with courtesy and respect. Volunteers must follow all instructions given by Bay Area Events event coordinators. Any volunteer found to be disruptive, disrespectful, or in violation of event policies may be dismissed from their shift without compensation to their organization. 5. Attire Volunteers will be provided with an event identification item such as a wristband, lanyard, or t-shirt to wear during their shift. Volunteers should dress comfortably and appropriately for an outdoor spring festival. Closed toe shoes are strongly recommended. 6. Organization Donation A donation of $500 will be made to the participating charitable organization in exchange for a minimum of 6 volunteers completing at least one full 5 hour shift. Donations will be processed following the conclusion of the event. Bay Area Events reserves the right to withhold or reduce the donation if volunteer requirements are not met. 7. Waiver of Liability By participating as a volunteer, all volunteers agree to hold harmless Bay Area Events, Hunters Heart Foundation, Weeks Bay Plantation, and all associated sponsors and partners from any injury, loss, or damage that may occur during the course of their volunteer service. 8. Photo and Media Release By participating as a volunteer, volunteers grant Bay Area Events permission to use any photos or videos taken during the event that may include their likeness for promotional and marketing purposes. 9. Agreement By signing up to volunteer for Blooms & Brews Spring Fest and After Dark, volunteers and their organizations agree to all terms and conditions outlined above. 10.
