As a Social Media & Photo Volunteer, you’ll take photos and short videos throughout the event, highlighting vendors, contests, food, and fun moments with guests. Your content may be used on our social media pages to showcase the festival and promote future events. Volunteers should enjoy being around people, have a good eye for capturing fun moments, and be comfortable using their phone to take photos or short video clips. Terms & Conditions

By submitting this application, you agree to the following terms and conditions for volunteering at the In A Pickle Festival: 1. Volunteer Status Volunteers are not employees and will not receive wages or monetary compensation for their time. Participation is voluntary. 2. Selection Process Submitting an application does not guarantee selection. Volunteers will be selected based on event needs, availability, and qualifications. 3. Attendance & Reliability Volunteers who are selected are expected to arrive on time and fulfill their assigned shift. If you are unable to attend after being selected, you must notify the event team as soon as possible. 4. Conduct & Professionalism Volunteers are expected to behave respectfully toward guests, vendors, staff, and fellow volunteers. Any disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate behavior may result in removal from the event. 5. Media & Photography Release By volunteering, you grant permission for the event organizers to use photos or videos taken of you during the event for promotional and marketing purposes without compensation. 6. Liability Waiver Volunteers participate at their own risk and agree to hold harmless the event organizers, sponsors, venue, and affiliated organizations from any claims, injuries, damages, or losses that may occur while participating in the event. 7. Volunteer Benefits Selected volunteers may receive benefits such as VIP access and an official volunteer t-shirt. These benefits are provided at the discretion of the event organizers and may vary. 8.
