About the event

Join us every 3rd Sunday of the month from 4–6 PM for a high-energy, all-welcome Pride Night Pickleball event designed to bring the Pride community (and allies!) together on the court. This is an open play format, so you can rotate in, meet new people, and rally with players of all skill levels. Whether you’re brand new to pickleball or a seasoned dinker, this event is all about connection, community, and celebrating authenticity. What to expect: **Fun, inclusive vibes **Music + social atmosphere **Rotating open play games **A welcoming space to meet fellow players BYOB welcome — please note: no glass containers or hard liquor permitted. Cans and non-glass containers only. Wine bottles ok. Our goal is simple: create a space where everyone can show up as their full, authentic selves, build friendships, and celebrate Pride both on and off the court. Come ready to rally, laugh, and be part of a growing community that plays with pride. Grab your paddle, wear your brightest colors, and we’ll see you on the court!

We’re looking for energetic and welcoming volunteers to help represent St Pete Pride in the community. - This event has 1 SHIFT which covers the entire event including set up and breakdown. -DRESS in casual attire. Thank you for volunteering with St. Pete Pride! We are grateful for your time and commitment to our community. Please read the following carefully before signing. Volunteer Agreement I understand that as a volunteer with St. Pete Pride, I am not an employee and will not receive compensation, benefits, or insurance coverage. My participation is voluntary. Assumption of Risk I recognize that volunteering may involve certain risks, including but not limited to physical activity, crowds, outdoor weather conditions, and interactions with the public. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with my participation. Release of Liability In consideration of being allowed to volunteer, I release and hold harmless St. Pete Pride, its staff, board of directors, partners, and sponsors from any and all liability, claims, or demands that may arise from my participation, including injury, illness, or property damage. Medical Treatment I consent to receive medical treatment deemed necessary if I am injured or require medical attention while volunteering. I understand that I am responsible for any related costs. Code of Conduct I agree to conduct myself in a respectful and responsible manner, to follow instructions from event staff, and to represent St. Pete Pride in a positive way. I will treat all participants, staff, vendors, and community members with dignity and respect. I understand that St. Pete Pride is an LGBTQ+ celebration, and I will uphold and affirm the rights, identities, and experiences of LGBTQ+ individuals. Discrimination, harassment, hate speech, or any behavior that undermines the safety and inclusivity of the event will not be tolerated and may result in dismissal from my volunteer role. Media Release I grant St. Pete Pride permission to use photos, video, or other media of me taken during my volunteer activities for promotional purposes.
