Grand Feature Parade – Saturday, May 2, 2026 (1:30 PM step-off) The signature event of the Shenandoah Apple Blossom Festival®, the Grand Feature Parade brings thousands to the streets of Winchester for an unforgettable celebration. With colorful floats, special guests, community organizations, and plenty of fanfare, it’s the highlight of the weekend and a true showcase of tradition and spirit.

About the application

We are looking for volunteers to serve as Parade Marshals for the Grand Feature Apple Blossom Parade on Saturday, May 2, 2026. Parade Marshals assist with lineup organization, help direct parade units, and ensure everything runs smoothly and safely along the route. This is a great way to be part of one of the Festival’s signature events while helping behind the scenes.

The Shenandoah Apple Blossom Festival® is not responsible or liable for any injury, illness, accident, loss, or damage that may occur while volunteering. Volunteers agree to follow all safety guidelines and instructions provided by Festival staff.
