About the application

The Festival is a success because of our volunteers. Here’s how you and your group can be a part of this great experience! Festival Area Captains play an important leadership role during vendor setup. They are responsible for checking in vendors in their designated area using the festival app, directing vendors to their assigned booth space, and ensuring each vendor receives their vendor packet and credentials. Area Captains also assist vendors with unloading and initial booth setup as needed. This role helps ensure a smooth, organized setup process and serves as a helpful point of contact for vendors throughout the festival. All Volunteers will receive a FREE Limited Edition “Volunteer” T-Shirt featuring this year’s festival logo on a unique T-Shirt color that is Not Available for Sale. Volunteers also receive FREE admission and lunch each day that they are scheduled to work a shift, along with a complimentary festival admission ticket.
