About the event

Nashville Pride is a celebration recognizing the past struggles and future possibilities of the LGBTQ+ community. Beyond that, Nashville Pride is a nonprofit organization focused on creating community and hosting various events for the Nashville and Middle Tennessee LGBTQ+ community. Nashville Pride is working to achieve equal rights for all LGBTQ+ persons, which requires year-round efforts. When the Festival and Parade aren’t lining Nashville’s streets with love, color, and acceptance, the Nashville Pride board is engaging our community, coordinating advocacy and allyship, promoting diversity and inclusivity, and calling our local community to action.

About the application

Looking to be a part of the Nashville Pride 2026 Team? Fill out an application to join our Pride Staff, and help make this the best Nashville Pride yet! This position will be 9am-9pm on Saturday, June 27th, 2026. There will be a short training session on June 24th at 6:00pm. Pay for this position is $15/hr We review applications on a rolling basis and will be in touch with an answer as soon as possible. If selected, you will be contacted with further instructions and details.
