About the event

Join us for the 16th Annual Grove City Town Center Wine & Arts Festival on Friday, June 5th from 5-10PM and Saturday, June 6th from 11AM-10PM! This beloved summer tradition brings together the best of wine, art, and culture in a relaxed outdoor setting. Stroll through the park as you enjoy a curated pairing of exceptional wineries and talented artists, all surrounded by the Grove City Town Center's unique local charm. Each year the festival welcomes 30,000+ wine and art enthusiasts from across Ohio and beyond. More than 20 wineries are expected to showcase their latest creations, including a strong lineup of Ohio vineyards and Grove City's own Plum Run Winery. Add in a selection of food trucks, and you have a can't miss weekend of flavor, art and community. Ticket Pricing 10 Tastings $30/CASH- $35/Credit Card 1 Box/Ticket = 1 Tasting (There are a few that require 2 boxes/ tickets for a tasting due to RETAIL cost) 3 to 4 Boxes/Tickets = Glass of Wine After initial purchase ($30/35), additional tickets can be purchased - $10 For 3 tickets Ticket sales end at 9PM, and the last pour ends at 10PM Tickets are purchased at the event. No online sales.

About the application

We are seeking friendly and reliable volunteers to help make the Wine & Arts Festival a success! Volunteers will assist with various event needs, including event set-up and tear down, working the ticket booth, supporting participating wineries, and helping event goers with questions and directions throughout the festival. Volunteers should be comfortable working in a fast-paced, outdoor environment and enjoy interacting with the public. A positive attitude and willingness to help wherever needed are essential. This is a great opportunity to support a community event while being part of a fun and vibrant festival atmosphere.

Terms & Conditions

By signing up to volunteer for the Grove City Town Center Wine & Arts Festival, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions: 1. Volunteer Status I understand that I am volunteering my time without compensation and am not an employee of the event, organizers, sponsors or participating businesses. 2. Duties & Conduct I agree to perform assigned duties to the best of my ability, follow instructions from event organizers, and conduct myself in a professional, respectful manner at all times. 3. Attendance and Commitment I agree to arrive on time for my scheduled shift(s) and notify the event organizer as soon as possible if I am unable to fulfill my commitment. 4. Safety & Liability Waiver I understand that volunteering at a public event may involve certain risks. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with my participation and release the event organizers, sponsors, vendors and volunteers from any liability for injury, loss or damage that occur. 5. Alcohol Policy Volunteers may be assigned to assist wineries but are not permitted to consume alcohol during their volunteer shift. Volunteers must comply with all local and state alcohol regulations. 6. Photography and Media Release I grant permission for my likeness to be used in photographs or video taken during the event for promotional or marketing purposes without compensation. 7. Weather & Event Changes I understand the event may be held outdoors and is subject to weather conditions, schedule changes, or cancellation. I agree that volunteer shifts may be adjusted as needed. 8. Right to Dismiss Event organizers reserve the right to dismiss any volunteer who does not comply with event policies or whose behavior is deemed unsafe or inappropriate. By volunteering, I confirm that I have read, understand, and agree to these terms and conditions.
