About the application

Hey there, Vendor-Savvy Volunteers! A massive shoutout for jumping in to support the amazing vendors at Penn Cove Musselfest 2026—you’re helping keep the heart of the festival running smoothly and the good vibes flowing! Get ready to be a vendor hero: you’ll be assisting with vendor load-in and load-out, answering questions, helping troubleshoot small issues, and generally being a friendly, helpful presence vendors can count on. Think of yourself as part concierge, part problem-solver, and part cheerleader. You’ll be stationed in vendor areas throughout the festival, helping things run like a well-oiled mussel shell ? Pro tips: Every volunteer must check in with the Volunteer Coordinator at the Masonic Lodge to sign in and pick up your swag before heading to your assignment—be sure to build in enough time to get geared up and ready to go! When the fun wraps up, swing back by the Masonic Lodge to return any equipment and pick up your volunteer verification letter. Thanks for being the friendly faces that help our vendors feel welcome and supported. Your enthusiasm and teamwork help make Musselfest unforgettable for everyone!
