message Beer server-Pour and serve beer. Any volunteer working this station must complete online certification training by 4/23/26. Below is the link on the VA ABC website. There are instructions on how to sign up for an account with the Virginia Alcoholic Beverage Control Authority Learning Center. Once you have an account, you may sign up for the RSVP training. message Beer ticket sales- separate table inside event where patrons may buy tickets to drink beer. In this role you must feel comfortable with using an iPad device to scan tickets and charge a credit card.

message Event Ambassador- Event space expands to the Taylor Pavillion. Ambassadors will be stationed between the main location and the Pavillion to direct and answer questions as well as to ensure that no open containers go beyond our checkpoints on the mall. Need to be outgoing and individuals new to this role will be offered an orientation session prior to the event.

message I/D and banding- After patrons have their ticket scanned or pay for entry, this station will check identification and place the armband. We are asking volunteers validating identification of patrons complete RSVP training to support your confidence in this role. Below is the link on the VA ABC website. message Mall exit-Patrons may exit the event onto the walking mall and only patrons returning with armband still intact may enter through this location.

message Ticketing station (scanning or selling tickets to enter the event) Pre-purchased tickets, cash and credit accepted. There will be only one entrance (Camerson St) to enter the event. In this role you must feel comfortable with using an ipad device to scan tickets and charge a credit card.

message Wine check- Work the tent where purchased wine is kept safe until our patrons are ready to travel to their next destination.

message Wine runner- A perfect way to see everyone at the event. Keeps you moving, mingling and lifting. Go from vendor to vendor to pick up purchases and deliver to our wine check tent for patrons to pick up upon departure.
