Responsible for clean-up throughout the event: bus tables if guests are finished with their meals, take out trash from trash cans along the seating side, pick-up trash on floor, drink spill clean-up if needed, etc. *Take trash out by the exit doors in the far left corner behind the DJ.

- I and/or my dependent understand and agree that this is a volunteer position and that no compensation will be provided. I understand that I may be reassigned to a different role if needed. I grant permission for photos and/or videos of me taken during the event to be used for City of Roanoke promotional purposes. I acknowledge that I have read, understand, and agree to comply with the terms outlined in the Volunteer Handbook.
- By submitting a volunteer application and/or participating as a volunteer, the applicant fully waives any and all claims, demands, damages, suits, or causes of action against the City of Roanoke, its officials, officers, employees, representatives, agents, and volunteers. This waiver applies to any matters arising from or related to the processing of the application, the volunteer’s participation or non-participation in the event, and any activities associated with the event. Furthermore, the applicant agrees not to pursue legal action against the City of Roanoke and its representatives, to the extent permitted by Texas law.
