By applying to volunteer and serve beverages at Boogie on Broad, I hereby agree to the following: I am at least 18 years old. I will not consume alcohol during my shift. I will not serve alcohol to anyone under the age of 21. I will not serve alcohol to anyone who has not purchased a drink ticket.
