About the event

A weekend at Paganicon includes: three full days of programming (lectures, panel discussions, demonstrations, rituals, movement and more), the Friday Concert, the Equinox Ball on Saturday, Party Suites, the Vendor Room, the Third Offering Art Gallery and print shop, Divination and Healing services, a meditation room, author/artist media signing events, our hospitality suite, and more. It’s a chance to meet new and old friends, plus experience deep community. If you’ve never been, it’s an experience you will never forget.

About the application

Main objective is to check in attendees, who have PREregistered. Get their name from their ID or their ticket confirmation, look them up and check them in on the computer. Give them their name badge, and hand them a program. Inform them of any program changes or other notifications. You may also be assigned to be in the hallway helping guide people to the pre-reg location. Chairs provided, interaction with attendees. Fast paced.

Terms & Conditions

You are expected to dress appropriately (functional for the task you will be doing) and maintain politeness and professionalism at all times. Refrain from speaking negatively about Paganicon, TCPP, the Board/Staff or any attendee while "on the clock". Arrive on time and with a positive attitude, ready to work. And thank you for your help! We look forward to working with you.
