Get Ready for a Whobilation! The Grinch's heart may have grown three sizes, but our market is growing even bigger! You're officially invited to The Whobilation Vendor Market on Saturday, December 13th, from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. This isn't just a market; it's a full-blown holiday spectacle inspired by the magic of Whoville! Last year, we had over 90 incredible vendors, and we're hoping to hit that number again—or even bigger! You'll find the perfect, one-of-a-kind gifts for everyone on your list, from unique jewelry and artisan crafts to delicious baked goods and festive decorations. Your holiday shopping will be as joyful as a Who-carol! As you stroll through our market, you may even spot some familiar Whoville faces and characters spreading cheer and holiday spirit. Just be sure to grab your gifts quickly—you don't want the Grinch to get them first! Bring the whole family and make a day of it! Kids can enjoy our dedicated Kids Corner, with activities including a bounce house, face painting station, and more festive fun, all set to the soundtrack of your favorite holiday tunes. Come celebrate the season, support local businesses, and find everything you need to make your holidays merry and bright! The event is open to the public, so be sure to RSVP and spread the word. We can't wait to celebrate with you!

By signing below, I agree to the following terms and conditions for volunteering at the SilverLeaf Market. 1. Acknowledgment of Volunteer Status I understand and agree that my participation is on a voluntary basis. I am not an employee, independent contractor, or paid agent of the SilverLeaf Market or its organizers. I am not entitled to wages, salary, benefits, or workers' compensation. 2. Responsibilities and Conduct I agree to: Perform all assigned duties to the best of my ability. Follow the direction and supervision of the event staff and designated team leaders. Abide by all rules, guidelines, and procedures set forth by the SilverLeaf Market organizers. Treat all event attendees, vendors, and fellow volunteers with respect and courtesy. Maintain a safe and professional environment. 3. Liability Waiver and Release I understand that volunteering at an event may involve certain risks, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, or loss. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with my participation. I agree to hold harmless and release the SilverLeaf Market, its organizers, sponsors, and affiliates from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses that may arise from my participation, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct by the organizers. 4. Confidentiality I agree to keep confidential any sensitive or proprietary information I may encounter during my volunteer service, including but not limited to personal information of vendors, financial details, or event logistics. 5. Termination of Agreement I understand that my volunteer service can be terminated at any time by either myself or the SilverLeaf Market organizers, with or without cause. 6. Media Release I grant the SilverLeaf Market permission to use my likeness, image, and voice, without compensation, in photographs, videos, and other media captured during the event for promotional purposes. 7. Emergency Contact In the event of an emergency, I authorize the SilverLeaf Market staff to contact the person listed as my emergency contact and to seek necessary medical attention. By signing below, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and agree to all the terms and conditions outlined in this Volunteer Agreement.
