Fayetteville Fan Fest 2025 Volunteer Application

Fayetteville Fan Fest 2025 will rely on volunteers to bring the level of service that is expected by guests and attendees. In exchange for Free Passes to the Fayetteville Comic Con, volunteers typically work one to two shifts over the course of the weekend, but are welcome to work more! Opportunities Exist in the Following Departments: Load-In - Friday (Base Con Support) Guest Relations (Celebrity Pool Support) Programming Support (Verse Con Support) Will-Call Ticket / Help Desk Support (Fayetteville Fan Fest Support) Break Down - Sunday (Base Con Support)

In consideration for permission to volunteer as part of the Fayetteville Fan Fest 2025 sponsored by Raleigh Llama Productions, DBA Fayetteville Fan Fest, Inc. and Base Con, being held at the Crown Expo Center, 1960 Coliseum Dr, Fayetteville, NC 28306 including October 17th (set-up) and show dates o f October 18th and 19th, 2025, the Volunteer agrees to indemnify, hold harmless, defend, release, and forever discharge Raleigh Llama Productions, DBA Fayetteville Fan Fest, Inc. and Base Con, Purpose Over Popularity, Inc. the Cumberland County Civic Center Commission, OVG360, Oak View Group, and their agents, representatives, and employees, and any person or persons under its direction and control from, and waive any and all responsibility of same, for any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, loss or expense (including costs and attorneys’ fees), loss or damage of any kind whatsoever imposed by law upon the same for damages because of bodily injury, including death at any time resulting therefrom, sustained by any person or persons, or on account of damages to property, including loss of use thereof, arising out of or in consequence of the performance of this agreement, provided such injury to persons or damage to property results from and is caused by the negligent or willful acts or omissions of FRaleigh Llama Productions, DBA Fayetteville Fan Fest, Inc. and Base Con, Purpose Over Popularity, Inc. the Cumberland County Civic Center Commission, OVG360, Oak View Group, and their agents, representatives, and employees, and any person or persons under its direction and control .
