About the event

This juried art festival is a favorite for both fine artists and families! In addition to shopping for fine art, our annual weekend celebrates the arts with demos & activities, food/wine/beer, kids activities and acoustic music. With live art, too. Fun for all ages. Set next to Metra's BSNF Stone Avenue station in La Grange, IL. Free Admission and Free Parking.

About the application

Give kids instructions and supplies to help paint a community mural.  You will hand a small cup of paint and a paintbrush to each child.  You will then tell them an assigned number to paint - which corresponds with a small block on the community mural. Note:  Volunteers will be able to be seated underneath a tent.

By registering as a volunteer through the La Grange Business Association’s Eventeny volunteer platform, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions: Assumption of Risk As a volunteer, you understand that participation in any events or activities associated with the La Grange Business Association (LBGA) may involve certain inherent risks, including but not limited to physical injury, property damage, or other unforeseen circumstances. You voluntarily assume all risks associated with your participation. Waiver of Liability You agree to release, hold harmless, and indemnify the LBGA, its directors, officers, employees, and volunteers from any and all liability, claims, or causes of action arising from your participation in the volunteer activities, including but not limited to any injury, loss, or damage to property. Health and Safety You affirm that you are in good health and physically capable of performing the duties assigned to you. You agree to follow all safety protocols, including but not limited to guidelines for personal protective equipment, and will comply with any instructions given by event coordinators and supervisors. Confidentiality and Media Release By volunteering, you consent to the use of your image, voice, and likeness in any photographs, videos, or other media taken during the event for promotional, marketing, and other purposes related to the LBGA. You waive any right to inspect or approve the finished product. Code of Conduct As a volunteer, you agree to conduct yourself in a respectful and professional manner, maintaining a positive attitude and representing the LBGA in a manner consistent with the mission and values of the organization. Any disruptive behavior or violation of policies may result in immediate removal from the event. Emergency Contact Information You agree to provide accurate emergency contact details as part of your registration, and to notify event coordinators of any medical conditions that may require special attention or accommodations during your volunteer activities. Voluntary Participation You understand that volunteering with the LBGA is a voluntary activity, and you are not entitled to any compensation or benefits for your participation, except for the provisions specifically outlined by the event. By completing your volunteer registration, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms.
