Age & Conduct
You must be 21+ and present valid government ID at check-in.
No alcohol, drugs, vaping, or smoking while on shift. You represent the brand; hospitality first.
Failure to follow supervisor direction, venue rules, or this policy may result in removal and loss of pay.
Duties & Restrictions
Event staff do not pour or serve alcohol.
Typical duties include check-in, wristbanding, guest support, vendor support, water/recycling, stage flow, and load-in/out tasks.
Some roles require standing/walking for long periods and lifting 30–50 lbs.
Compensation
Compensation is $25/hr
Payment is processed within 5-10 business days after you:
Check in on time,
Complete your full shift, and
Get supervisor check-out/sign-off.
A completed W-9 (if requested) is required before payment. No-shows/early departures may forfeit pay.
Cancellations
If you must cancel, notify joe@TrueHospitalityCreative.com
at least 48 hours in advance so we can backfill.
Day-of cancellations or no-shows may affect future opportunities.
Safety: Follow all safety briefings and wear provided credentials.
Closed-toe shoes required. Dress code: All black (comfortable, weather-appropriate).
Liability Waiver: By applying, you agree to release and hold harmless True Hospitality Creative, True Hospitality Community, venue partners, sponsors, and affiliates from claims arising from your participation, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct. You certify you are physically able to perform assigned tasks and will request accommodations if needed.
Media Release: You grant the event the right to use your image/likeness/voice in promotional materials in any media, worldwide, in perpetuity, without additional compensation.
Background Check (if required) :You consent to a background check if deemed necessary for certain roles.
