Tasks may include communicating instructions to vendors, directing traffic, and confirming vendors are in assigned spots. Physical requirements will include walking, standing, and clear communication and may include wearing high-vis safety gear to direct traffic, light lifting, reading and writing in English.

They check volunteers in, provide quick orientation, monitor coverage at all stations, manage breaks, solve minor issues, and communicate any urgent needs to the Volunteer Coordinator or festival leadership. They ensure the volunteer team runs smoothly and safely throughout the day.

message Assist Operations Staff with moving and set up of equipment such as tables and chairs, tents, water distribution, etc. Physical requirements will include walking, standing, and medium to heavy lifting.

Other requirements include correctly communicating important information between Festival Staff.

message Assist the Entertainment Coordinator and Stage Managers to ensure the performance stages run smoothly and efficiently. Assist performers and partners with finding correct locations such as stages and green room. Physical requirements include walking throughout the festival footprint and standing for long periods of time. Light lifting may be requested. Other requirements include proximity to loud noises from stage speakers, presence in dressing rooms requiring discretion and privacy for performers, and coordination with Entertainment Staff to assist timely arrival of performers.
