About the event

Fiddles Vittles & Vino is Colorado Springs’ premier food and music festival, bringing together the best in local cuisine, beverages, and entertainment. This one-day event showcases dozens of vendors offering traditional dishes from around the world, prepared with fresh, locally sourced ingredients. Guests can sip on craft beers brewed right here in Colorado Springs, enjoy wines from nearby vineyards, and indulge in cocktails. No festival would be complete without great entertainment! Live music performances throughout the day will feature a mix of folk, jazz, and blues from Colorado Springs local talent. Hosted by Club Nine, a volunteer consortium of area chefs, benefitting Rock Ledge Ranch.

Fiddles, Vittles & Vino is back on Sunday, September 14 at Rock Ledge Ranch! This beloved Colorado Springs tradition brings together 20+ local restaurants, wine tastings from four wine shops, and toe-tapping bluegrass on two stages—all to benefit Rock Ledge Ranch Historic Site. Want to be part of the magic? Join our volunteer crew! Choose the area(s) where you’d like to lend a hand—you’re welcome to sign up for more than one shift if you’d like to be part of the fun all day. Our volunteer coordinator will reach out as the event gets closer with all the details you’ll need. Perks: Every volunteer receives a complimentary ticket to enjoy the event before or after their shift. Thank you for helping us keep the history—and the music—alive at Rock Ledge Ranch!

Terms & Conditions

Volunteer Terms & Conditions By signing up to volunteer for Fiddles, Vittles & Vino on Sunday, September 14, 2025 at Rock Ledge Ranch, you agree to the following: 1. Commitment & Scheduling Volunteers must arrive on time for their assigned shift(s) and remain until the shift ends. If you are unable to attend, you must notify the Volunteer Coordinator as soon as possible so we can adjust staffing. Shifts are rain or shine—please plan accordingly. 2. Conduct & Representation Volunteers are representatives of Rock Ledge Ranch and Fiddles, Vittles & Vino and are expected to act respectfully and courteously toward guests, vendors, staff, and other volunteers. No consumption of alcohol is permitted while on shift or while wearing a volunteer shirt/badge. Smoking/vaping is only allowed in designated areas and away from public view. 3. Duties & Flexibility Volunteers agree to perform the tasks assigned by the Volunteer Coordinator or event staff. Duties may change as event needs arise—flexibility is appreciated. Training or orientation will be provided for specific roles as needed. 4. Safety & Liability Volunteers agree to follow all safety guidelines and instructions from staff. Rock Ledge Ranch, the event organizers, and partners are not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage to personal property during the event. Volunteers may be required to sign an additional waiver on-site. 5. Perks Volunteers who complete their shift(s) will receive a complimentary ticket to Fiddles, Vittles & Vino (redeemable before or after their shift, based on scheduling). Tickets are non-transferable and have no cash value. By signing up, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms.

message The set up crew will assist with general set up for the event. Set up includes, fencing, tables, banners, assisting vendors with load in etc. This is a physical job and requires some lifting and being on your feet.

message Check in attendees from our registration system and check ID for entrance and alcohol. Volunteers will also be selling onsite tickets. This may require use of a computer, iPad or mobile phone.
