About the event

Bearrison Street Fair promotes body positivity for all and builds a more supportive, welcoming, and inclusive bear scene. With a main stage, pro wrestling, a deadlift competition, drag contest, DJs and dancing, art installations, exhibitors, and the Bear Lounge, we have a sexy good time celebrating our beautiful LGBTQ+ community.

About the application

Many paws make light work! We will need over 100 volunteers to produce an event of this magnitude. Every shift completed will earn money towards a non-profit or charity of your choice, so you are not only helping pull off an amazing event, but you are also supporting your community financially. Plus, when you volunteer at the Bearrison Street Fair, you'll enjoy exclusive perks.

Work at the Hospitality HQ to help check-in volunteers, keep them fed and watered throughout the day, and facilitate inter-team communication.
Floater - Early Afternoon	Oct 18, 2025 11:30 am - 3:00 pm	3	4
Vers, flexible folks needed to help us fill holes as needed! Duties may involve clothes check, the Bear Lounge (and Bear Woods), Entertainment support, Gates, and Hospitality.
Gates - Early Afternoon	Oct 18, 2025 11:30 am - 3:00 pm	8	4
Work under the support of a Gate Lead to help us welcome folks to the fair and collect donations.
Merch - Early Afternoon	Oct 18, 2025 11:30 am - 3:00 pm	0	4
