GalaxyCon Milwaukee is More Than a Comic Con! It’s a 3-Day FESTIVAL OF FANDOM with celebrities, creators, voice actors, cosplayers, entertainers, fan groups, gamers, panelists, comic books, anime, and PEOPLE LIKE YOU! Volunteer Benefits: • All new Galaxy Scouts rewards program where you can earn badges, pins, exclusive merchandise, and GalaxyCon Merch Store credit for the hours that you work • Free admission to the convention on the day that you work • Free admission every day of the convention if you work for 10 hours or more • An exclusive GalaxyCon Legion of Super Fans t-shirt • An exclusive volunteer badge/button • A private volunteer breakroom • Free pizza and bottled water while you are on your breaks Application Instructions: • Please complete the application in full. • You will be contacted to determine your availability. • You will be assigned based on our coverage needs. We will take your preferred department into consideration. Returning volunteers have priority on department assignment. • We depend on volunteers and schedule coverage based on your commitment. Please do not apply to volunteer if you do not plan on showing up. • We understand that some circumstances are out of your control. If you are unable to show up for a scheduled shift, please try to let us know as soon as possible. This will not reflect negatively on future volunteer opportunities. • Please upload a clear picture of your face with your application. These pictures are for our internal use only. They are used solely for identification purposes at check-in and to locate you within the building. If you do not upload a photo of yourself, your application will not be approved.
