About the event

The David M. Carmines Memorial Foundation was established by The Carmines family with a mission to serve the Hilton Head Island and Bluffton community while honoring their son. Through our annual Hilton Head Island Seafood Festival, we work to make a difference in our home and pay tribute to those who have come before us - while sharing some of the best seafood on the Island! Each and every ticket we sell helps to provide funds for non-profits that benefit our beloved Lowcountry, offer meaningful experiences rooted in Southern hospitality, and bring people together with a shared love of seafood. We are proud and humbled to be part of this vibrant community; giving back has never tasted better!

About the application

Zero Forks Given - Thursday, Feb.26, 2026 Event Time: 6:30 PM - 8:30 PM Admissions team volunteer shift begins at 5:30 PM and ends in or around 8 PM. Volunteers in this position assist with guest check in, glassware, wristbands, general welcoming for guests as well as any other needed assistance during that time. Beverage pourers will be the front lines of our event with providing guests with samples of our featured libations. The Breakdown crew will assist Festival & Omni staff as well as vendors with the breakdown of stations, packing up & moving items. We ask that all volunteers remain flexible in your position. Please wear navy or black pants and a white collared shirt as well as closed-toe shoes for your shift.

If assistance is needed elsewhere throughout the event, please be flexible in your volunteer assignment. We ask that volunteers provide approved measured samples only. This ensures all guests have the opportunity to taste the wide variety of wines we showcase. If available, a brief background of the wines will be provided to enhance the guests' tasting experience.
