About the application

Join us in making Calera Main Street's events a fun and successful for the community! Volunteers will assist with a variety of tasks, including helping in the kids' area, picking up trash, setting up and packing up event spaces, assisting with parking, managing barricades, and checking in vendors. Whether you're looking to lend a hand for a few hours or the whole evening, your help is greatly appreciated in creating a safe and enjoyable experience for all!

Terms & Conditions

Calera Main Street Event Volunteer Terms & Conditions By volunteering for a Calera Main Street event, you agree to the following terms: Commitment & Conduct – Volunteers must arrive on time, follow instructions, and conduct themselves respectfully toward attendees, vendors, and fellow volunteers. Liability & Safety – Volunteers participate at their own risk and must follow all safety guidelines. Calera Main Street is not responsible for any injuries or lost personal belongings. Age Requirement – Volunteers under 18 must have parental or guardian consent. Responsibilities – Tasks may include setup, cleanup, assisting vendors, managing barricades, parking assistance, and working in the kids’ area. Volunteers should be flexible and willing to help where needed. Attendance – If unable to attend, volunteers should notify the event coordinator as soon as possible.
