Terms & Conditions

This application outlines the terms and conditions for Events Team members working at MOSAIC at Chatham Park. It is essential for team members to adhere to these guidelines to ensure a smooth and efficient operation of events. Weather-Appropriate Clothing: It is crucial for team members to wear clothing that suits the weather conditions to ensure comfort and safety. Vests: All volunteers are required to wear official vests during events to maintain a professional appearance and for easy identification. Footwear: Closed-toe shoes are mandatory to prevent injuries and provide adequate support during events. Physical Requirements: Volunteers must be prepared to lift items weighing over 15 pounds throughout the event. This is a critical part of the role and ensures that setup and operations run smoothly. General Conduct: Always maintain a professional demeanor and be ready to assist where needed. Ensure you are punctual and prepared for your shift, as this reflects on the team and event success. Cell Phones: Personal cell phones are utilized for communication during events. Please ensure your device is charged and that notification sounds are enabled to remain informed and responsive to the needs of the team. Incident Reporting: Report any incidents or injuries immediately to the Events Manager, Savannah Fox to ensure appropriate action is taken and records are maintained with Kane Realty.
