About the event

Join Us for a Hands-On Environmental Restoration Event! Invasive plants like Japanese Honeysuckle and Tree of Heaven pose threats to our local ecosystem. We're calling on interested volunteers to help protect our natural spaces. Two Ecosystem Restoration Specialists from Virginia Wetlands will guide us in identifying and removing these invasive species along the Morning Walk Park trail. The Brambleton Community Association will provide all necessary supplies, but feel free to bring your own clippers and/or loppers. - Meet near the volleyball court in Morning Walk Park.
