Youโ€™re officially invited to join us for the 16th Annual Downtown Martinez 4th of July Parade. Proudly presented by Martinez Refining Company and Downtown Martinez & Co.! Whether you're a local business, school group, performer, club, or community member โ€” this is your chance to be part of one of Martinez's most festive and patriotic traditions! ๐ŸŽ‰ Parade Details: ๐Ÿ“… Date: Friday, July 4, 2025 ๐Ÿ•™ Parade Start: 10:00 AM ๐Ÿ•˜ Staging Begins: 9:00 AM ๐Ÿ“ Route: Parade route begins at Court St. & Main St. Ends at Alhambra Ave. & Main St. More than 3,000 people gather downtown each year to enjoy the sights and sounds of our colorful, high-energy parade. Weโ€™re looking for amazing floats, eye-catching costumes, and high-energy participation to showcase the best of our community and celebrate Americaโ€™s birthday in style. Let's make this parade unforgettable! Join the celebration and showcase your creativity, spirit, and pride in the Martinez community! ๐Ÿšฒ Kids Decorated Bike Parade โ€“ No Application Needed! The popular kids bike parade is back! Children can arrive with a decorated bike or decorate one before the event. Meet at Main Street & Court Street to join the group โ€” no sign-up required but be prepared to stay with your child at staging and either walk/ride with them or meet them at the end to pick up. ๐Ÿ’ฅ Important Reminders: โœ”๏ธ Youโ€™re welcome to hand out candy or promotional items during the parade. ๐Ÿšซ Do not throw items from vehicles, floats, or the street to the crowd. โœ”๏ธ Youโ€™ll receive a confirmation and final instructions the week prior to the event. โžก๏ธ Fill out the application below to be part of the fun.
