You would be a part of a 12 person crew and participate in the following activities: - Checking Vendors In - Directing vendors to their booth location - Roaming the campus making sure vendors are setting up in the correct locations, parking in the correct fire lanes, moving out after unloading vehicles and assisting the vendors if needed - anything needed to get the show ready for Saturday opening at 9am

Volunteer Terms and Conditions for the Garden Show 1. Purpose These terms and conditions outline the expectations and responsibilities of volunteers participating in the Spokane Garden Expo. By volunteering, you agree to adhere to these terms. 2. Commitment Volunteers are expected to commit to their scheduled shifts. If you cannot attend, please notify the coordinator at least 48 hours in advance. 3. Responsibilities Volunteers will assist with various tasks, including but not limited to: Setting up and dismantling Greeting attendees Providing information about exhibits Assisting with activities and workshops Volunteers must follow the instructions of event coordinators and staff. 5. Code of Conduct Treat all participants, attendees, and staff with respect and kindness. Maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times. No harassment or discrimination will be tolerated. 6. Safety Volunteers must prioritize safety for themselves and others. Report any hazards, injuries, or emergencies to a coordinator immediately. Adhere to any safety guidelines provided by the event organizers. 7. Liability Volunteers participate at their own risk. The event organizers are not liable for any injuries or damages incurred during the event. Volunteers may be required to sign a waiver acknowledging this. 8. Confidentiality Volunteers may have access to sensitive information. Respect the privacy of attendees and staff and do not disclose any confidential information. 9. Media Release By volunteering, you consent to the use of your image and likeness in promotional materials for the Garden Show. 10. Changes to Terms The event organizers reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Volunteers will be notified of any changes. 11. Acknowledgment By agreeing to these terms & conditions, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these terms and conditions and agree to abide by them.
