Set Up/Clean Up: Set up starts as early as 8:30am and we ask that all vendors be set up and ready to go by 10:30am. Vendors are allowed to pull up in the spots closest to Duende to unload their vehicles but will need to move them as soon as they have everything out of their vehicle to ensure that unloading and loading can happen with as much ease as possible for everyone. There are two parking lots on either side of the property that cars can then be moved to. Vendors are responsible to clean their area up as they found it prior to leaving Duende. No vendor is to pack up prior to 3pm. Please come find staff if there is a need to do so. Vendor Spaces: Vendor spaces will be assigned on a first-come, first-serve basis. Foxfire Festival reserves the right to assign vendor spaces as they see fit based on trying to ensure the best flow and experience for the market. Vendors must ensure that none of their display equipment extends beyond the space they have booked; this includes any rails, stands or additional equipment. Vendor map and selection will be provided following registration. There is not guaranteed electricity at all vendor spaces, if you need electricity, please let us know immediately so we can figure out the proper placement for your space. Vendor Responsibility: Vendors are fully responsible to provide their own tables/table coverings, chairs, point of sale, and tent (if placed outside). No tent should exceed 10' x 10' unless multiple spaces are registered and paid for. Vendor will be fully responsible for any loss or damage to their property by theft, fire, or casualty. Foxfire Festival, Nickel City Wax and Wane LLC, and Essentially Zenful, expressly disclaims any responsibility for same. Vendors shall be responsible for any damage which may be incurred to the facilities as a result of or in connection with its operation. Each vendor is responsible for the conduct of their employees and/or representatives and activities must not detract from the image or welfare of the market. Table Fee: Upon acceptance, vendor will be responsible for full payment of market fee. This fee is $75 per space. This is a non-refundable fee. Cancellation of Space: This is a rain or shine event. Registration fee is non-refundable. Foxfire Festival, Nickel City Wax and Wane LLC, and Essentially Zenful are not liable if weather or other conditions prevent the vendor from attending and fulfilling the contractual obligation as a vendor. No refunds will be made for weather, accident, health or other causes for non-participation.
