FMCC 2024 Booth pricing WOW! FMCC BOOTHS ARE SOLD OUT! ISLAND TABLES are still available and ARTIST ALLEY!PLEASE LOOK AT OUR LAYOUT AND READ THE DESCRIPTIONS!!! THESE ARE NOT BOOTH SPACES BUT TABLE SPACES LIKE THE OLD DAYS!!!

Booths are 8 feet by 10 feet wide! This is standard booth sizing for hotel events so we are adopting it FOR FMCC. We are still 10’x10’ at ValleyCon!Tables spaces are for 8’ tables with a total of 5’ depth, meaning a 30” table will give you 30” of space behind which includes banners, poles, backdrops, etc!Artist Alley has two setups: AA Behind table (6’ table with 30” behind for everything) and AA FLUSH TO WALL with table pushed to wall but backdrops, etc. can be used for display! Artist sits on SIDES of table! This is to accommodate better spacing in halls. AA Behind has a higher fee than AA Wall. Here are the prices:

We will inform you that you have it. We do reserve the right to shuffle if needed due to outside concerns but do not anticipate it! There is an absolute limit of 3 booths per vendor as we have LIMITED space! We may not be able to fulfill all requests due to that so please have options to choose from! We HIGHLY recommend trying for 2 booths as ROY THOMAS will be IN THE VENDOR ROOM WITH HIS BOOTHS! It will create a lot of traffic and some bottlenecks (hence the extra spacing for aisles). Roy will have 2 booths on the back wall!!

Terms & Conditions

This agreement between the VENDOR/DEALER and FMCC/ValleyCon is to provide table(s) and chairs for a 2-day event, FM Comic-Con 14. The Vendor/Dealer assumes entire responsibility and agrees to protect, indemnify, defend, and save VC and its agents harmless against all claims, loss, or damage to persons or property, arising out of or caused by Participant’s installation, removal, maintenance, occupancy, or use of the Exhibit premises. The Vendor/Dealer also indemnifies and agrees to hold the Exhibit Facility and the legal entities which own, lease, and/or operate the Exhibit Facility, their members, officers and directors, and employees, harmless against any and all liability whatsoever arising from any or all damage to property or personal injury caused by Participant or its agents, representatives, employees, or any other person. This agreement for table space at VC indicates the applicant’s willingness to abide by all accompanying exhibit terms and conditions and general regulations listed on this document as well as such additional rules and regulations as VC deems necessary for the success of the event, provided these latter do not materially alter the Participant’s contractual rights. Neither VC, the Facility, nor the decorator or their agents can assume responsibility for any loss or damage to booths, equipment, or personal belongings on site. Insurance on all Exhibits is suggested and is the responsibility of the Participant. Neither VC nor its agents, assigns, or assignees, will assume any responsibility for property loss, damage, personal injury, or other claims related to the Participant's space. Participants are required to carry insurance to cover their property against damage and loss and public liability insurance for claims of injury to the person and property of others. The character of the Exhibit is subject to the approval of VC. VC retains the right to refuse the application of Participants not meeting standards required or expected, as well as the right to curtail Exhibits or parts of Exhibits which reflect unfavorably upon the character of the meeting. Non-professional products or services are not to be displayed. Participants may not resell, sublet, give or otherwise transfer their space to any third party without express written consent by VC. Participant agrees to not engage in any activities considered disruptive including, but not limited to: packing and unpacking of merchandise outside areas leased to the Participant; transfer of merchandise into or through the Exhibit Hall during business hours; or any activity deemed by VC not in the best interest of VC or any of its participants. In the event the Participant, its contractors, agents, or employees fail to comply with any of the provisions hereof, or otherwise detracts from the general educational character of the meeting, VC shall be permitted and empowered to terminate the Participant's right hereunder, and evict and remove the Participant and contractors hired by Participant from the premises, in which event the Participant shall not be entitled to any refund of amounts paid hereunder. All applications and payments are final-no refunds shall be available. In the event of a severe weather system in which the city authorities deem “No travel”, the event will be rescheduled. If this is not possible to complete, refunds will be available after a few weeks (required for completion of business arrangements).VENDOR/DEALER has read and agrees to this contract. Payment is required upon booking.
