About the event

Canby Brewfest is a fundraising event for the Clackamas County Fairgrounds Improvement Foundation, a 501c 3 non-profit, which serves to fund capital projects on the fairgrounds. We will have live music from a variety of different bands and amazing food trucks, and around 40 brews on tap. This event does not have commercial vendor spaces. Only Food vendors.

About the application

Welcome to the Canby Brewfest!! If you are interested in a concessionaire vendor booth please complete the application and return with your booth set up, photos or drawing. Photos and drawings will be used in our decision making process and WILL NOT be returned.
Let us know if you have any questions. This is an electronic agreement and by submitting your application, you are validating and approving this agreement electronically. 

Terms & Conditions

CONTRACT: Each vendor doing business at the Clackamas County Event Center is required to have a written and fully executed contract with regard to their activities, which will list all the approved items or services to be sold or displayed.
Fee: A $200.00 fee is due at the time of approval. Concessionaires will have their fee deducted from commission owed at settlement. Commission is 20% of Gross Sales.
INSURANCE: Client (aka Permittee) shall be required to provide liability insurance of not less than $500,000 per occurrence with a $1,000,000 aggregate. The Certificate of Insurance must name “Clackamas County, Clackamas County Board of Commissioners, Clackamas County Fair Board, their employees and agents as an additional insured”. The certificate needs to include the event, the date and the area being used. Written proof of insurance must be provided by vendor ten (10) days prior to Event.


Single booth Fee $200 Non-refundable One 20amp outlet is included with booth fee.
Extra 20amp Electrical Outlet $50 Non-refundable
50 amp Electrical Outlet $75 Non-refundable
