LaBelle Downtown Revitalization Corporation (LDRC) is hosting the 2023-2024 season of the Shop Downtown Outdoor Saturday Market. Shop local vendors from Barron Library to Barron Park while enjoying the view along the Caloosahatchee River on the 1st Saturday of the month. This event offers an excellent opportunity for entrepreneurs and new businesses! Profits from this event go towards revitalization efforts in Downtown LaBelle. Thank you for supporting local!! LDRC has partnered with great organizations and businesses to bring more to Downtown LaBelle. Look for fun things to do in Barron Park and at Barron Library! Art in the Park! Yoga in the Park! Location: DeSoto Ave starting at Main St/DeSoto Ave intersection, along DeSoto Ave. to Barron Park (DeSoto Ave/Lee St intersection), down Lee St. not to pass Park Ave.
 
**PLEASE NOTE THAT YOUR TENT WILL BE ON PAVEMENT. PLEASE MAKE ARRANGEMENTS TO ANCHOR ACCORDINGLY.**
 
**Cost: $25 for a 10x10 booth space per month.
 
LDRC requires payment at the time of vendor approval. Vendors may pay in advance for the entire season (Nov, Dec, Jan, Feb, Mar - $125) or pay monthly. Payments are processed via Eventeny, which uses Stripe. Please reach out to Kelly Boone (kelly@downtownlabelle.com) if you wish to sign up for additional months after your first transaction.

**Please note that crafters are not required to hold insurance. However, this coverage protects you from costs arising from third-party claims of bodily injury, property damage, and personal and advertising injury.**
 
Other helpful information: 
Please note on your vendor application if electricity is needed. Vendors are responsible for bringing their electrical cords.
 
FOOD VENDORS MUST HAVE A FIRE EXTINGUISHER. 
 
Vendors are responsible for their tables, chair, and tent (optional). Please note that vendor opportunities are on a first-come, first-serve basis. We do our best to prevent duplicate vendors, so please verify acceptance before attending the Saturday Market. Markets will be canceled due to inclement weather.
Vendors may set up between 7:30 am to 8:45 am.
The Market is open from 9am to 2pm.
Please no vehicles in the Market area after 8:30am.
Vendor locations will be indicated before each event via Eventeny group message on Monday or Tuesday before the week of the event (at the latest).
Vendor Parking is available along the service road next to Barron Library. Vendors, please do not park in the Barron Library parking lot; space is for their patrons.

Terms & Conditions

Vendor fees are non-refundable.
 
Booth spaces are on a first-come, first-served basis. Our organization will do our best to accommodate your booth location wishes. 
 
Please note that your booth location may move from month to month. A map will be sent out the week of the Market Day informing vendors of their booth number and booth location.
 
We ask that you share on social media and through word-of-mouth to help promote the event; you will be listed in any and all LDRC media releases.
LDRC puts out signage throughout downtown and the surrounding area on the day of the event. The Markets are advertised on radio, in print, and digitally throughout Hendry County and outlying counties. 
 
As a Shop Downtown Outdoor Saturday Market vendor, you agree to remove all trash generated at your booth. You agree to set up in my designated assigned location. You agree that vendor licensing/safety equipment required by law is your responsibility.
 
Please note that LDRC reserves the right to refuse/revoke vendors.
