About the application

Sign up to become an official Event Sponsor of the 1st Annual South Florida Wing Bash with The Children's Healing Institute!  Find the different Sponsorship Packages below under "Related Files."  Your business will benefit from the marketing exposure to 100's of thousands leading up to the event, as well as Medium Tier + Sponsors benefiting from in-person, day of exposure to the thousands we see in attendance. This is an all-inclusive style event, where ticket holders will enjoy unlimited WING samplings and unlimited full size Beer, Seltzer and Liquor/Cocktails* Attendees will stop by each booth to sample what each competitor is servin' up.. And then continue to enjoy unlimited wing samplings, alcohol, game area, and concert all night long! Attendees will also be given a branded South Florida Wing Bash voters token to drop off with the competitor of their choice for the "People's Choice Vote" A panel of qualified judges will announce the 2023 South Florida Wing Bash Champion based on a Blind Judging process. Unique and Flavorful dessert vendors will also be on-site, and available for purchase at the event, with 15% of their proceeds going directly to The Children's Healing Institute. *GA Ticket includes Event Entrance at 7PM and Unlimited Domestic Beer and Hard Seltzer.*VIP Ticket includes Event Entrance at 6PM and additionally includes Unlimited Draft Craft Beer and Liquor/Cocktails. Review the different Sponsorship Tiers in the "Related Files" section on the main page of the application.  Upon submitting your application, you will be able to specify which tier you are submitting for. Terms & Conditions

By Submission of this application, you are electronically signing and agreeing to the following terms:
  1. Your business is signing up as a monetary sponsor of the South Florida Wing Bash. This means that your business is paying for Marketing in the form of Event Sponsorship.
  2. For Social Media Spotlights and Promotional Posts, Graphics, Logo and business details must be provided to Battle Bros LLC by the Sponsor.  
For Medium Level Sponsors and Higher (Setting Up Booth At Event)
  1. Vendors will be given access to the Location no less than 24 hours before the Start Time to set up their station and prepare anything else necessary to vend at the Location. Vendor agrees to arrive no later than 3 hours before the event to set up. - Time to be dictated by the Fire Inspector at a later date. Typically all vendors must be fully set up by 4:00PM.
  2. Vendors must remove their vehicles once setup, no later than 4:30PM
  3. Host will secure lighting for the event.  Vendors are responsible for providing their own lighting within their booth if desired.
  4. Vendors are responsible for providing their set up, including Tent, Tables, Signage, Power (if needed), Tent stakes and/or tent weights.
  5. This Venue does not guarantee power to every vendor spot, each vendor will be required to bring their own power source (if needed) for their equipment.
  6. Vendors must disclose to the host at least 30 days prior to the date of the event, if the vendor is bringing a generator.
  7. Vendor’s staff will be properly dressed and shall conduct themselves in an orderly fashion.
  8. Vendors will be required to stop sales and start taking down their station at 10:00pm. Vendors may stop vending at any time, however, Vehicles will not be permitted back into the event area until after 10:00pm when the event ends.
  9. Vendor agrees to hold the Host free from any damages or claims that may develop in connection with participating in the above-mentioned Event.
  10. This is a “Rain or Shine” event, meaning refunds will not be issued if the vendor decides they are not going to attend due to weather.
  11. If the event is canceled due to an act of god (Hurricane/Tropical Storm/Pandemic etc.) Battle Bros will secure a rescheduled date/venue no sooner than 1 month from the original date of the event and your sponsorship will be transferred.
  12. Vendors agree to clean up their spot after the event, leaving the area the way they found it upon setting up.

FIERY SPONSORSHIP TIER $2,000.00 (ALL OF THE ABOVE +) - Exclusive Sponsorship - Eliminates direct competition from Sponsoring the Event. *FCFS (ensures you are the ONLY sponsor accepted into the event for your specific industry) - Promotional Item of Your Choice to be given to Attendees Upon Entrance or Distributed at the Event Bar. NUCLEAR SPONSOR TIER (TITLE SPONSOR) $3,000.00 ALL OF THE ABOVE + - EXCLUSIVE EVENT TITLE SPONSOR - Company Name/Logo included in official event logo and used everywhere the event name/logo is used *One spot - Exclusive Stage Time - Scheduled time to speak about your company for 2-5 minutes - Opportunity to be on Stage when Competition Winners are Announced *To be in award photos for media opportunities - 15 Complimentary VIP Event Tickets ($1,050 Value)
