About the event

We are so excited to announce The 3rd Annual Shelbyville Fall Art & Craft Festival! A fun and dog friendly event located at the Shelby County Fairgrounds. We welcome artists, crafters and authors to offer their wares ranging from metal, jewelry, glass, candle, soap, wood, paper, decorative fiber, oil paint, watercolors, ceramics, basketry and much, much more! You will have the choice to set up 1 day (either Saturday or Sunday) 2 days (Saturday & Sunday) or All 3 days! (Friday - Sunday) Dates and Times of the Event Friday, September 1st 6:00 pm - 9:00 pm Saturday, September 2nd 10:00 am - 4:00 pm Sunday, September 3rd 10:00 am - 3:00 pm

About the application

This application is for a free 10' X 10' booth space on the Shelby County Fairgrounds front lawn. 
 
Please upload a picture of your 5013C certificate on your application in order to be approved.

Terms & Conditions

ARTSPARK PRODUCTIONS RULES & REGULATIONS

By submitting your application, you agree to and will adhere to these rules and regulations.
 
                
Your space is only reserved once you are approved.
 
Please only submit close up pictures of your organization and your 5023C certificate to be approved. 
 
 
 Organizations will need to bring their own tables, chairs, tents, etc.
 
If tents are warranted: Tents must be secured using tie downs or weights.
 
Please keep your items within your booth space.
 
Here are the date and times for the event:
 
Friday, September 1, 2023 from noon till 5:30 pm. Please do not set up on Friday unless you are willing to participate in Friday night's sneak peak event. 
 
The show will open at 6:00 pm for patrons to have a sneak peek till 9:00 PM.  There will be a horse show in the horse show ring behind the pavilion. 
 
You can load in after 9:00 PM as we will have security there all night. 
 
Saturday, September 2, 2023
Morning's move-in is any time before 9:45 AM.
The event will open at 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM
Move out is after 4, please do not move out before this time.
 
Sunday, September 3, 2023
Move-in is any time before 9:45 AM.  The show is from 10:00 AM-3.:00 PM.
Move out is after 3:00 PM. 
 
Vehicles, trailers, etc. must be moved to the back parking lot by 9:45 am.
 
No music allowed except approved by show management.
 
As of right now, there will no electric services available on the grounds. The fairgrounds are working hard to install new electric panels and lights in time for the show. We will let you know if this is completed.  When submitting your application, please notate that you will need electricity. We will do our best to accommodate your electric needs. 
 
Generators are allowed with prior approval.
 
Trash bags will be distributed to all vendors; you are responsible for leaving your area tidy each day.
 
                                     Now onto the legal stuff...
 
By submitting your application, you agree to hold harmless ArtSpark Productions, staff, volunteers, etc from any and all claims, actions, liabilities, suits, injuries, demands, obligations, losses, settlements, judgements, damages, fines, penalties, costs and expenses, including attorney fees and other expenses.
