About the event

We are so excited to announce The 3rd Annual Shelbyville Fall Art & Craft Festival! A fun and dog friendly event located at the Shelby County Fairgrounds. We welcome artists, crafters and authors to offer their wares ranging from metal, jewelry, glass, candle, soap, wood, paper, decorative fiber, oil paint, watercolors, ceramics, basketry and much, much more! You will have the choice to set up 1 day (either Saturday or Sunday) 2 days (Saturday & Sunday) or All 3 days! About the application

This application is for a 10' X 10' booth space on the Shelby County Fairgrounds front lawn. 
 
We will only accept small business applications that are not in direct competition with the sales of the artisans and crafters. 
 
Be sure to read the entire terms and conditions as there are details about the event.

Terms & Conditions

ARTSPARK PRODUCTIONS RULES & REGULATIONS

By submitting your application & payment you agree to and will adhere to these rules and regulations.
 
Refunds for cancellations are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.  If a refund is approved, credit card fees will be deducted from refund.
No shows will not receive a refund and may hinder your approval to upcoming shows. 
 
So that we have a wide range of items to offer to the general public, we will limit the category/type of art and craft to the show.
 
 Approval will be based on the following criteria:
      Past participation of an ArtSpark produced event.
      We are looking for a wide variety of art and craft that will                      appeal to a wide variety of audiences.
      Timing of application will be considered.      
 
This selection process means each artisan will have a better opportunity to have a profitable experience and shoppers have a wide variety of products to shop from. 
 
Please understand, we may accept two or more of the same type of art or craft. For example, tumblers, if the applications states that they offer more than just tumblers, such as home decor or jewelry, they can be accepted along with an artisan selling only tumblers.  
Please state everything that you will be selling for the show.

ALL CATAGORIES ARE OPEN AT THIS TIME!
 
Your space is only reserved once you are approved, and payment is made.
 
Please only submit close up pictures of your art for advertising purposes.
 
You also have the opportunity to sell your work by setting up your own online store through Eventeny.  We have step by step instructions attached.  Or you can access their website for instructions.
 
 Vendors will need to bring their own tables, chairs, tents, etc.
 
If tents are warranted: Tents must be secured using tie downs or weights.
 
Please keep your items within your booth space.
 
No sales are permitted outside your space.
 
To be fair to other vendors, please only sell items listed on your application.
 
Here are the date and times for the event:
 
Friday, September 1, 2023 from noon till 5:30 pm. Please do not set up on Friday unless you are willing to participate in Friday night's sneak peak event. 
 
The show will open at 6:00 pm for patrons to have a sneak peek till 9:00 PM.  There will be a horse show in the horse show ring behind the pavilion. 
 
You can load in after 9:00 PM as we will have security there all night. 
 
Saturday, September 2, 2023
Morning's move-in is any time before 9:45 AM.
The event will open at 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM
Move out is after 4, please do not move out before this time.
 
Sunday, September 3, 2023
Move-in is any time before 9:45 AM.  The show is from 10:00 AM-3.:00 PM.
Move out is after 3:00 PM. 
 
Vehicles, trailers, etc. must be moved to the back parking lot by 9:45 am.
 
No music allowed except approved by show management.
 
As of right now, there will no electric services available on the grounds. The fairgrounds are working hard to install new electric panels and lights in time for the show. We will let you know if this is completed.  When submitting your application, please notate that you will need electricity. We will do our best to accommodate your electric needs. 
 
Generators are allowed with prior approval.
 
There is some electric available in Floral Hall. Please state this in your application.  
 
Trash bags will be distributed to all vendors; you are responsible for leaving your area tidy each day.
 
                                     Now onto the legal stuff...
 
By submitting your application, you agree to hold harmless ArtSpark Productions, staff, volunteers, etc from any and all claims, actions, liabilities, suits, injuries, demands, obligations, losses, settlements, judgements, damages, fines, penalties, costs and expenses, including attorney fees and other expenses.

Prices

10x10 Booth on lawn Saturday Only (Commercial Business) SOLD OUT (+ tax and fees) Non-refundable 10' X 10' space on the lawn for Saturday only. Set up after 9:00 pm Friday night and anytime before 9:45 Saturday morning.
10' X 10' Booth Space on the Lawn Sunday only (Commercial Business) SOLD OUT (+ tax and fees) Non-refundable 10' X 10' Space on lawn for Sunday only. Set up will be from 7:00 am to 10:45 am Sunday morning.
